Whangārei November Green Drinks

Whangārei November Green Drinks was kindly hosted by Timebank members, Jesse Card and Elise Koncsek at the lovely property in Maunu.

They gave us a detailed intro to the property and what they've been doing to re-vegetate with natives and an edible orchard.

In 2.5 years they've made a big difference to degraded grazed land.

It was a fascinating evening, the weather was very kind to us and after their talk, they led a guided walk around the property.

We enjoyed snacks and drinks – including kawakawa tea brewed by Jesse.
