Our People

As a regional timebank we're a bit different....

Most Timebanks cover a town, or part of a city, but we cover the whole of te Tai Tokerau, Northland.
Whilst administratively based in Kaitāia we have a team of Local Coordinators who ensure that our Members have someone who is part of and knows their local community.

Our Volunteers

We couldn't run our Timebank without the help of our members, in fact that's generally the idea anyhow, that it is a community helping itself, with some paid assistance, rather than being dependent upon the Coordination Team.

We have a wide range of members who help out: whether it is helping run or staff events such as the various Repair Cafes; offering their homes for social events, working bees and workshops; or doing tasks like making sure our events get shared on social media etc.

The more that members muck in and help out the more we can do as a Timebanking community. If you are interested in helping make Timebanking more active and engaging in your local community contact your Local Coordinator to offer your services!
