Tast, learn and leave with your own Kefir grains!
If you missed the last Kefir Workshop, then you'll want to make this one. Our Timebank member Peter, will be demonstrating how easy it is to make delicious and healthy water Kefir (similar to Kombucha drink) and milk Kefir. If you're dairy free, then you can also use the grains in dairy free milk.
Kefir is a great source of probiotics and calcium and is incredibly easy to make. Kefir can help with all sorts of things such as: immunity/sleep/digestion/mood, not to mention all the minerals it provides.
