Please note you need to be able to travel to Lake Ngatu for part of the course. There will be walking involved, so please wear sturdy shoes and bring weather appropriate clothing. Car pooling may be available - contact Caryl for more info.

The course will cover:

• where to legally, safely and sustainably forage!
• plant and seaweed identification for this region!
• how to prepare and cook the wild foods including handouts with a couple of recipes!
