Organised by TimeBanks.Org, the monthly 'Chat on a Bench' sessions are a monthly opportunity for Timebankers anywhere to connect and share stories.

Why is it called "Chat on the Bench?" Whether  you're waiting for the bus or need to sit and rest, sitting on the  bench is the perfect place. Sitting on the bench may offer an  opportunity to meet a stranger who becomes your friend, or it's a place  to receive comfort. Every  time we take time to sit on our bench, we learn something new and feel  supported! All the stories shared are TimeBank-related.

The event is held at 4pm on the third Sunday of the month East Coast Time, USA which means it is the following Monday morning our time! The times vary according to when their clocks and ours change for Daylight Savings. To be sure you have the right time you can use this time converter.
